She is a Holistic Health Coach and a Therapeutic Guided Imagery Facilitator, as well as a mother and a minimalist. She loves teaching about the chemistry of essential oils combined with the emotional/spiritual aspects of health, including meditation, mindfulness, simplifying, and other practices. She and her husband and children spend a lot of the year traveling, meeting new people, teaching and learning.
