AROMA READY PRODUCTS SHIPPING POLICIES AS OF APRIL 2016


Holiday Shipping:

Standard Shipping (USPS: Priority Mail, First Class; UPS: Ground Shipping, Sure Post)

Orders received by Aroma Ready before 12:00 PM MST on Friday, December 15, should be delivered on or before Friday, December 22, but cannot be guaranteed. If you need guaranteed delivery, please choose an expedited shipping option.

Expedited Shipping (USPS: Express Mail; UPS: 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, Next-Day Air)

To ensure your package will arrive before Christmas, please add one extra day for order processing to the cutoff dates below.

Priority Mail Express: December 19

3-Day Select: December 18

2nd-Day Air: December 21 (package must be labeled for Saturday delivery)

Next-Day Air: December 22 (package must be labeled for Saturday delivery)

Aroma Ready will make every effort possible to deliver your package, but delays can occur during peak volume periods and may prevent delivery before Christmas. For additional information, please contact customer service at 1-866-412-3930.

When Will Your Order Ship?

We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume of orders, it is not possible for us to guarantee same-day shipping. Most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

Estimated shipping times do NOT include the day the order ships from our warehouse.

UPS does NOT include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays as shipping days. Please take this into account if you select Next-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day shipping options.

USPS Priority Mail is a USPS option and is not considered an expedited option. USPS does not include Sunday or holidays as shipping days.

Special arrangements must be made for Saturday deliveries. Please call customer service for more information. 1-866-412-3930.

Expedited Shipping

If you require expedited shipping, you must place your order BEFORE NOON, Mountain Standard Time, Monday–Friday, and contact us by telephone to make special arrangements. Expedited shipping will generally cost more than standard shipping. This includes 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air options.

Changes to Orders

Please make sure your order is complete and accurate before submitting. We are not always able to add to, subtract from, or combine orders once they have been placed. Order adjustments will be made at the sole discretion of Aroma Ready™. We reserve the right to refuse to add to, subtract from, or combine orders for any reason.

Shipping Charges

If you have a large or heavy order going a long distance, the calculated shipping cost may be inaccurate. Call us for an exact shipping quote. 1-866-412-3930.

We will no longer change your shipping method unless you leave a note in the comment field.

Shipping Rates

UPS requires that we show their rates separately. To view UPS rates, select the drop-down box next to “More Carriers,” and then choose UPS. You can then select the shipping option you want in the second drop-down box, which says, “Please Select Your Shipping Option.”

P.O. Box

Only the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) can deliver to a P.O. box. If you choose a different carrier, you must provide a physical address.

Free Shipping Specials

During free-shipping promotions, orders shipped free of charge will be sent through a carrier of our choice. Because of high order volume, our in-house processing time may also take longer. Please check promotion details for processing time frames, and remember to allow for shipping time after processing time.

Estimated Post Office (USPS) Shipping Times
  • Express Mail (U.S. only): 1–2 business days after the order is shipped.
  • Priority Mail (U.S. only): 2–4 business days after the order is shipped. This is an estimated delivery time and is not guaranteed.
  • First Class (U.S. only): 5 business days after the order is shipped. This is an estimated delivery time and is not guaranteed.
  • First Class Mail International (Outside of U.S.): 7–15 business days after the order is shipped (can be delayed by Customs). All taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Priority Mail International (Outside of U.S.): 4–15 business days after the order is shipped (can be delayed by Customs). All taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Express Mail International (Outside of U.S.): 2–10 business days after the order is shipped, depending on location. All taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Estimated United Parcel Service (UPS) Shipping Times (U.S. Only)
Note: UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box. You must provide a physical address.
  • 3-Day Select: 3 business days after the order is shipped.
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after the order is shipped.
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day after the order is shipped.
  • Ground Shpping: See the map below. All estimated shipping times are business days after the day the order is shipped.
  • Sure Post is a less expensive way to ship a package under 9 lbs. This order is picked up from our facility by UPS and then handed off to the Post Office at your destination. Delivery time frame will include the amount of time shown on the map below, plus an additional estimated 1–3 days for your order to be delivered. Delivery addresses for Sure Post orders must be addresses the Post Office will deliver to. Orders being sent to an APO, DPO, or FPO address can not be sent using Sure Post as the shipping method. USPS Priority Mail must be selected as the shipping method.

International Rates

Please note that duties and taxes may apply to orders shipped internationally. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and other fees associated with imported items. We recommend that our international customers be familiar with their country’s applicable fees before ordering.
